Despite the fact that in this emerging era of climate change and global warming, nothing seems to be so much a praisworthy copmrehensive plan of combating the challenges of global warming as that of the European environmentalists’ strategy to counterpoise the evil effects caused by the climate change in Europe, the European environmental agency (EEA) has yet to paly an instrumental role to save the European continent from the scowling dangers that may badly undermine the European climate within the next twenty years.
